About Camilla
Yoga has been my constant companion since I embraced it in my twenties. Over the last two decades, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in various yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga along with meditation and pranayama. I just can’t get enough.

Mysore Self-Practice is a traditional method within Ashtanga Yoga where the student moves through their sequence at their own pace, under the silent guidance of a teacher. Unlike a typical led class, there are no verbal instructions throughout the session – rather, the teacher offers individual assistance and adjustments when needed.
