
Welcome to my yoga sanctuary! I’m Cami, and yoga has been my constant companion since I embraced it in my twenties. Over the last two decades, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga, along with meditation and pranayama. I just can’t get enough.
My yoga journey began when I discovered the profound impact it had on my own life, helping me find balance, strength, and serenity. Inspired by this personal transformation, I decided to share this gift with others through teaching. I am trained in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, along with pranayama and mediation. I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
